Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For the return made within 30 days of the purchase, we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Should buyer change their mind after placing an order, buyer is responsible for the sending and returning postage plus a re-stocking fee of 15% of the item price.
A used/refurbished item can be returned within 15 days of the order delivery. Used/refurbished items will have cosmetic marks or minor damages. However, they are all tested in good working conditions after being repaired and before being dispatched to buyers. Buyers who have bought a used/refurbished product, mistakenly believing it is a new item, and subsequently request a return with 15 days of order delivery are responsible for the shipping costs. A return request made 15 days after the delivery will not be accepted in relation to a used/refurbished items
If a return is accepted, you should expect to receive your refund or replacement within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
After 30 days of a new item`s purchase and delivery, an item may still be returned for repair within 6 months of purchase, provided that the buyer presents the proof that the defect existed before the product is first used. Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs if a return is made after 30 days of purchase.
Electric products such as a hoverboard contain a battery, which is a consumable by nature, requiring regular and careful recharging; and will be damaged if it is used while it is at a very low level. Therefore buyers are strongly advised to test it within 30 days of the purchase and report any battery defect within 30 days of purchase.

We can ship to virtually any address in the UK. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
